If you want to write your own plugin, please start from this one.

1- make the plugin directory with the plugin name
2- copy everything in this directory to your plugin directory
3- edit file cmsdam_genuine.php in your plugin directory according to comments in the file
4- write your plugin startin from your main plugin file, ex index.php
